Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms listed. Failure to follow in agreeance of these terms will result in getting blacklisted, blocked, and voided of your commission as I will be able to use it monetarily elsewhere.

i. Service. I have the right to deny you service at any time; if you have already paid me any sum of money, you will be paid back. Any harassment or threats will result in a blacklist, block, and decommission. I will not draw fetish art, racist, homophobic, hateful/controversial, or pornographic material (slight NSFW is an exception).ii. Usage. As the buyer, you do not own the copyright to any art that you buy from me, and are not allowed to use it monetarily anywhere. My work may have a small signature on it that you may not remove, unless you pay a fee. For credit, you can use my Instagram handle @alunirdraws. I am also able to post art that has been commissioned to any of my social media pages and portfolio, and I will credit the owner of the character.iii. Payment. I will NOT do refunds, unless I am unable to finish an art piece which you have already paid for. When commissioning me, you must pay half or all money upfront. The currency accepted is US Dollars. I will go through the sketch and lineart of the artwork with you to make sure it is to the buyer's liking, but after I start coloring/rendering an extra fee will be charged for additional changes. You must pay only through PayPal or any other services I specify in my commissions page, and you may NOT send CHARGEBACKS or REFUND without consent.iv. Commission Process. When commissioning me, visual references are largely appreciated, as it may help me do much justice to your character, but are not required. Please give me a detailed description of your character and the gist of their personality. You must also have at least one form of contact information available to me and make sure to be available at reasonable times. During the WIP, you will receive images of how the artwork is going containing a large watermark that you may not remove. This is simply for you to check in and make sure that the drawing is going to your liking. The amount of time a commission will take will vary depending on difficulty, and may vary between 3 days to 2 weeks.v. Copyright Policy. I, as the artist, claim the rights to the artwork I create, not the commissioner. I am able to post it, display it, or publish it wherever and whenever I like. You, as the commissioner, are allowed to use the artwork for personal use and distribute it with credit. You may alter the artwork slightly (color, lines, filters) but are not allowed to make any big changes and/or use my artwork as a base.**If you commission me without reading my T.O.S. and encounter a problem that you could've solved had you read my terms first, I will not be held responsible and you may not refund me.
